We assure you that our brand-new items are of high quality and free from defects. They are identical to those found in traditional stores.
However, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of a faulty or non-compliant item to request an exchange or refund. If this 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day, it will automatically be extended to the next working day.
To avail of these solutions, please return the brand-new or unused items in their entirety, accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and documentation, in their original intact packaging and with the corresponding invoice. In this case, we also request you to provide evidence of the identified defect(s) by attaching a detailed description and photos to our contact form.
We commit to fully refunding the amounts paid by the customer, except for the return shipping costs, if the right to withdrawal is exercised. The refund takes place within 14 working days following the receipt of the returned item(s).
Please note that you must cover the return shipping costs.
We ensure that any refund will be processed within 14 days upon receiving the returned parcel. We decline all shipments sent as cash on delivery, regardless of the reason.
